How do I reset my cPanel/FTP password?

How do I reset my cPanel and/or FTP password?

You can reset the password yourself by following these steps.

1) Login to our customer portal at https://portal.alwayswebhosting.com/billing/clientarea.php.

2) Once you are logged in to the portal click on Service -> My Services

3) Then click on View Details on the domain you wish to change the password for.

4) Finally click on the Change Password tab, update your password and click on Save.

If you are unable to update your password, just submit a ticket to our help desk requesting that we reset your cPanel password. Please include your name, domain name, and some verifying information (such as the last 4 digits of the credit card number or the PayPal subscription payment number, etc.) and we will gladly reset your account's password and send that information to you.
