For fraud reasons we do not offer instant or automatic account setup -- This would leave our servers vulnerable to spammers and fraudsters who could sign up and send out spam email or cause other problems before we could review the order.
If it's been more than 24 hours since you submitted your order and payment, and you have not received your welcome email, double check your "junk mail" folder to ensure it was not accidentally filtered out. If you provided an alternate email address when ordering, we sent a copy of the welcome email to both emails, so check that email account as well. If you still do not see the welcome letter, please contact us and we will gladly help you.
