Do you allow telnet/SSH access?

Telnet/SSH access is disabled on all accounts by default for security reasons.  We can, however, enable it for you upon request.  Just submit a ticket to our help desk requesting that we enable SSH access to the server for you and we will enable it.  (Telnet is not offered since it sends passwords in clear-text across the Internet, so SSH is used instead)
